Zebda, the fruit size is medium, has an ovate shape, and turns from green to yellow when ripe. Ripening from late June into July. and often used at the very ripe stage for making drinks and processing. The flesh is soft, melting, and with a floral syrupy flavor. The fruit has good shelf life when harvested green.
