• Mini watermelons are about the size of a cantaloupe melon or even smaller. They're sweet, crisp, and very juicy.

• It is best to eat mini watermelon fresh or add it to salads and juices.

• A whole watermelon can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week or at room temperature for a week or two. Once cut, seal cut watermelon halves or slices in a zipper bag.
